Welcome to Arniz Chemical (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “the Company”). By accessing or ordering from this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Scope
These Terms govern the sale of products and services through our website. Any additional terms provided during checkout, in product pages or in any separate written agreement will form part of the contract only if we explicitly accept them.
2. Orders & Acceptance
- Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in your order.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (including stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity).
- An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. Acceptance occurs once payment is successfully processed and we dispatch the goods or send a shipping confirmation.
3. Price & Payment
- All prices are in INR and include taxes where indicated. Shipping/handling charges will be shown at checkout when applicable.
- We accept payments via our integrated payment gateway(s) (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). By submitting payment information you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
- Payment is subject to successful authorization by your card issuer / payment method provider. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the payment provider or issuing bank.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and commencement of the delivery window may vary due to logistics partners, public holidays, or events outside our control.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Our refund and cancellation rules are described in our Refund Policy. Summary:
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@arniz.in.
- Returns are accepted only as per the Refund Policy. Opened, used, or customized products may be non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment gateway/bank (typically 7–10 business days).
6. Product Information & Warranty
- Product images and descriptions are indicative. Minor variations in color/finish/packaging may occur.
- Any manufacturer or product warranty will be described on the product page or packaging. Where applicable, warranty claims must follow the instructions provided in the product documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arniz Chemical’s liability for any claim arising from or related to the products or services (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos and design are our intellectual property or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Privacy & Data
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed by our third-party payment gateway — we do not store complete card data on our servers.
10. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders if fraud is suspected. We cooperate with banks and payment processors during any investigation.
- Unjustified chargebacks may be contested and could result in recovery actions; please contact us first to resolve payment disputes: info@arniz.in.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morbi, Gujarat.
